With an extensive background in product and business consulting,
I am an expert on customer engagement and user-first product design.

This work led me to my current role where I am responsible for product development, feature enhancements, and innovative platform design. Some of my current projects include developing CRM database management tools, improving customer communications messaging systems, and enhancing new customer enrollment features.


My Professional Journey


For over 10 years, I have been a noteworthy leader in the client relations and consumer experience. I started my career as a Social Worker, serving youth and underpriveledged populations at community-based organizations. Following my direct practice experience, I began working in fundraising and marketing for non-profits – which lead me to start my own business development and marketing consulting agency. Building my skills as a B2B/B2C marketing consultant and website designer for enterprise and small businesses, I easily transferred to the SaaS product space. My past experience working directly with clients of many different backgrounds allows me to bring a unique user-centered approach to technical requirements, storytelling, and product design.

My favorite thing about Product is not just organic problem solving and creating new features, but it’s having the ability to use technology to connect people to their own purpose, desires, and community. And, that’s what I hope to bring to your company.

SaaS Product Owner /Business Analyst
  • Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders and VP of Client Success to develop and define product vision and roadmap.
  • Actively participate and support cross-functional team members during all stages of delivery including daily scrums, grooming, design, testing, and production handoff.
  • Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy.
  • Tend to the product backlog, ensuring that epics, stories, bugs, and other development tasks are prioritized and defined effectively.
  • Conceptualize and describe user interface constructs and UX Design needed to serve clients and increase engagement across modern web browsers and mobile devices. Experience with wireframing/prototyping tools (Axure).
